What are some other fun things to do on a road trip?
Me and my friend are going on almost a month long road trip this summer. Here’s a list of things we’ve already planned on doing:
*parasailing
*jet skiing
*whale watching
*snorkeling
*ziplining
*horseback riding
*ATVing
*canoeing
*whitewater rafting
*kayaking
*and possibly bungee jumping
We’re going to Florida, Texas, Arizona, California, Washington, Utah and Colorado.
My question is, can anyone think of any other fun things to do? (apart from shopping and attractions and stuff like that. I’m looking more for activity ideas.) Thanks in advance!
While in Colorado I would highly recommend Whitewater Rafting on the Arkansas River at the Royal Gorge. You can also visit the Royal Gorge Bridge and Park. There you can walk across the worlds highest single span suspension bridge, ride the Sky Coaster which swings you out over the 1200 foot high rim, horseback riding, and the Royal Gorge Heli-tours too. Pikes peak is worthy. The Great Sand Dunes National Monument is certainly worth a visit too. Have fun!
