Has anyone heard of a sea kayak Cativa Mason called Marine Ltd?

I found it on craigs list for a brand new 17 feet. kayak sea for sale in Canada for $ 1,000 U.S. Dollars. Sounds too good to be true. The images look fantastic, but can not find any reviews of this kayak.
