Ocean Kayaking In San Diego

kayak fishing…………..?
im going to buy a kayak for fishing in san diego in the ocean, but i dont know what one would be best suited for it. if anyone can help it would be appreciated. and i dont have a budget for this.
with no budget yet, look for a used one. a good fishing yak will run from 750 to 1000 bucks new. more, once rigged out. a “sit on top” model is absolutely best for fishing.
you will want a good stable one for the salt. l use a “cobra fish n dive”.
it is 12′ 6″ long, 36″wide and has a 600lb capacity.
l have a fish finder with the transducer glued inside the yak. l use a 12v toy battery for days of power. it and the finder attach with velcro to keep from getting lost. works fine. nothing to drag on the outside. it also has 4 rod holders and 2 waterproof storage wells.
it is an awesome fishing machine.

also a leash for the paddle is most advised.
