im looking for stuff to do in new york state? not new york city.?

i live in macedon, ny not far from rochester and am looking for stuff to do. ive gone to niagra falls and watkins glen. i like to things outdoors. im especially looking for places i can take my kayak. and things that arent too far from where i am with the way gas prices are. lol. i have tried looking these things up but all i come up with is new york city. so if anybody can help me i would greatly appreciate it.

Do you like camping. Allegany State Park or Letchworth State Park are great places to go. Lots of hiking trails, fishing, swimming, etc. Also, they have cabins you can rent, or spots to put up tents, or park trailers.

If you like amusement parks, Six Flags Darien Lake is a fun spot. They also have camping areas and a hotel if you prefer to stay indoors.
