Where can i go to play water sports at affordable price, in miami, fl?

My boyfriend enjoy water sports like kayaking, sail boating, windsurfing, or snorkeling, water skiing, jet Skiing, and his birthday is on 08/15/08, and i wanted to do something nice for him, but the places i looked on-line are a bit pricey, I found a few place in the key west in my price range (which is $230.00 for us both) but i wanted to stay in miami b/c one of his favorite restaurant are here.

Best place is Key Biscayne, I really recommend it and the prices aren´t too high
