What are some things to do in wisconsin? namely on the penninsula?

I will be staying in ephrium, in door country, wisconsin from july 20th-aug.5th, with my dad. We have a 2 person kayak and a small motorboat to use as well. Where are some great places to hike/swim/explore water or land? Also if you’d be so kind, what are some good bars or taverns to visit, maybe in stergeon bay or elsewhere, or just stuff in general that is not so much talked about, thanks!

Pennisula State Park Nature‎ -kayak out to HorseShoe Island There is a huge beach, a boat lauchThere is a great golf course and great bike trails. The sunset bike trail goes all the way to the end of the park. There is hiking trails, one in which you can hike to eagle bluff. There is a lookout tour on eagle bluff.

Whitefish Dunes State Park‎ -has a nice beach
