Where is the best location to take a kayak tour in Virginia Beach, VA?

I am going to Virginia Beach July-Aug this summer and want to take a kayak tour. I heard it is great and you get to see a lot of migrating dolphins. Does any one know anything about the kayak tours you can take? And which company/business is the best to use that takes you out on the tours in Virginia Beach?
