What to pack for a romantic day trip to b-kayak?

Hello world! I take my boyfriend out on a birthday, Valentine's Day kayaking trip, but love to try it some great food during the trip. I have no idea what to pack because I'm not exactly a gourmet cook. It's a boy who likes pizza and chicken anything. Plenty of space and I can not bring ice for cold drinks, but what else can I impress you with? I would appreciate any thanks idea easy to put together healthy and abundant food, please … both for the ideas!
