The neighborhood’s amenities include a junior Olympic sized pool with a toddlers’ pool and water feature, a covered pavilion and access to hike and bike trails.  There is also a golf course and area parks nearby.  Adjacent to the Amenity Center is Ranch Trails Park, which is 14 acres of a heavily treed park with sand volleyball, basketball, an open air pavilion, picnic tables, an outdoor shower, a drinking fountain and BBQ areas.  There are plans to build additional playscapes, a walking and jogging trail, open play areas and additional space to be used in the future based on the community’s needs.

There is a lot of shopping nearby, including the famed IKEA, Lakeline Mall, the Round Rock Premium Outlets and much more.  Restaurants, grocery stores, a hospital and many businesses are also nearby.

The Ranch at Brushy Creek includes the school districts of Leander ISD and Round Rock ISD.
