Kayaking Nj
I just bought my 1st kayak. I live in NJ. Am I required?
Do I need to register or license it to use in in NJ or PA lakes or rivers?
It doesn’t need to be registered in NJ, it is like a canoe or a small rowboat. I’m not sure about PA, but I suspect not, because none of my friends with canoes have hull numbers on them.
