Is it alright to wear this?

this wednesday at school my class are going on a trip to a river to kayak, we get to wear mufti to school before we change into togs, i want to wear a tshirt and shorts to school. im afaraid the shorts are too short. its summer so its really hot. but the shorts are quite alot above the knee, ive looked on goggle images to find shorts that are the same lengh, this lengh is probably right

Should be okay, I believe. Check your school dress code since it’s varies for every school. Or ask a friend.
