Kayaking Exercises
If I am exercising 7 hours a day, how much will I need to eat?
I am NOT trying to lose weight. In fact I need to gain it. I’m 6’2″ and weigh 155 pounds. I am trying to gain muscle. I will be swimmming for 7 hours a day for 6 days a week. Sometimes I might walk a little also. This doesn’t include my activities like climbing & kayaking & hiking. So exactly, does anyone have a diet plan on how much I should eat and what I should eat? Thanks.
Geeze if you want to gain weight take a protein shake before bed. All that exercise is only breaking down your muscles. Go to GNC and get on weight gainers.
