Im going away kayak and I think im due on?

Ok, so Im going away in a couple of days kayaking and other water sports, but I think it can be due on my period (I'm not sure if your cousin recently or have been early or late), but im wondering can in the water with my period and a platform? Or do I have to wear a tampon that Ive not used before? The disease is likely to be fully dressed in suit and not just one. im abit worried, and I really want to enjoy of this trip! Thanks x

There was definitely need for tampons, but that can go in the water. I suggest you take a selection of sizes, because it is more easy to control if you have just the right depending on how heavy it is on a particular day. If you are the swimmers have to go for a bigger one, to be on the safe side. I went for years without a tampon because it simply did not feel like I needed, but when I finally tried them I was surprised how much easier to do things. It can be difficult to get one right when you're new to it, but once the hang of it, is easy. I found that putting my finger and get a feel for the angle that is easier to load.
