Is Kayaking Good Exercise
I get colds or overly exhausted when I exercise more than usual. ?
Every time I exercise in a little more strenuous way, I get a cold the next day. For instance, yesterday I went kayaking for about three hours and today I have a sore throat and nasal congestion. I am in fairly good shape, so I don’t know why this has been happening lately. Any ideas?
Limit your exercise for 1 hr.and see if it will not give you any cold.Or perhaps drink a lot of water and vit.c.
