I’m a girl wanting to join football..?

I’m interested in trying out for the guys football team in college. I’m an outdoorsy/tomboy girls who ice climbs, kayaks, rafts, caves, rock climbs, and many other things. Is it even allowed for a girl to try out on the guys team? I’m not into “powder puff” football. I’m pretty aggressive and getting hurt doesn’t scare me. What are the rules on that?

A couple of colleges have had female kickers/punters. I think that you are going to be limited to what position that you will be able to play.
