Canoe frame lip repair – extruded aluminum kits out there?

I have an old 17 'fiberglass canoe that has no more supports EDGE, There is no way to connect the seats. The wood is all rotted out, I bought this boat from a former colleague in this condition. I've heard of a extruded aluminum frame that can be mounted in a canoe to shore, but have not found a place to buy it. Does anyone have any recommendations for the repair of an old fiberglass canoe? I have not had much luck at the local level to find any canoe or kayak places that specialize in this (northern Virginia). Thank you!

Lord, Do not have time to tell me where to find a used boat? What kind of places can offer them? I just want a 12-foot to enable it to myself. Thanks for taking the time.
