Hawaiian Island is best suited for sports?

Im planning a holiday graduation of my friend and I and our two parents. We like the mountain sports such as cycling, fishing, kayaking, and beaches with large waves. Ideally we want to rent a beach house so choosing the right island would be helpful.

You will have more opportunities to do these activities in one of the largest islands (read more populated), so I suggest that adhere to Oahu, Maui, or even the Big Island of Hawaii. That said, it depends on what type of environment we are looking too. If you're looking to do other things besides outdoor things already said he is seeking, I suggest Oahu, but if that is only looking to go outside, I would suggest some place like Maui.
